Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore seeks an analytical and forward‑thinking (Senior) AI Management Consultant to help clients identify where AI can create meaningful business value and translate opportunities into tangible outcomes. You will work with senior client leaders and multidisciplinary teams to move from business problem to AI opportunity to solution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in management/strategy consulting or AI consulting.
• Experience in AI strategy, process transformation, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, commercial, and structured problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels, and independently lead engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and client‑facing skills.
• Strong interest in AI with demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in your work.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, take proactive ownership, and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Assess client AI readiness and identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead client engagements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Translate effectively between clients, business requirements and AI‑native build teams.
• Build trusted client relationships through structured thinking, sound judgement, impartial advisory, and practical problem solving.
