Job summary

Monex, a leading global financial solutions provider, is seeking an experienced FX Sales professional to manage relationships with existing clients and prospect new accounts in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

You will work closely with the Dealing, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment, while promoting FX Spot, Forwards and Options. A diploma or bachelor’s degree and a proven B2B sales track record in financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within financial services or FX.
• Strong ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct high volume outbound sales calls and meetings with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Present and promote FX products (Spot, Forwards, Options) and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and pipelines.
• Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and progress toward targets.
