Job summary

CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled futures trading professional to accurately execute client orders and manage margin calls in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on risk management, client service, and developing sales initiatives to grow the client base.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor market movements to provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in futures trading and clearing.
• CMFAS modules RES2A and CM-SIP.
• Excellent knowledge of margin call procedures and forced liquidation processes.
• Ability to execute trading instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong sales and marketing skills in developing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks to resolve client queries.

Responsibilities

• Accurately execute client trading instructions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with market regulations and internal policies.
• Manage margin calls and execute forced liquidations efficiently, minimizing risk exposure.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase revenues.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market movements and provide insights to clients to support informed decision-making.
• Support compliance, audit and risk management initiatives related to futures trading activities.
• Assist in the development of new trading products and client solutions.
