CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Settlements Specialist to oversee clearing, settlement and reconciliation for futures products. The role requires handling cash settlements, FX delivery and option exercises with MAS/ SGX regulatory awareness.

You will coordinate with trading, risk, compliance and operations teams, maintaining data integrity and timely reporting. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for engagement with Greater China stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in futures, clearing & settlements, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and client margin control.
• Familiar with SGX CW2, ION XTP, and XTP Clearing systems.
• Strong knowledge of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing settlement processes: cash settlement, FX delivery, option exercise/assignment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with stakeholders in Greater China.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clearing deadlines and ensure timely trade processing per regulatory, client, and company requirements.
• Execute daily settlement activities for futures, ensuring cash settlement, FX delivery, and option exercise/assignment.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash flows; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain static data in internal systems, including client accounts, contract setup, and fee updates.
• Ensure settlement activities comply with MAS and SGX regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve settlement processes and reduce operational risk.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly settlement reports to internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance and operations teams for end-to-end processing.
