CLSA Limited is seeking an Associate in Equity Derivatives Trading to serve institutional clients with tailored execution solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will source liquidity, manage orders end-to-end, and work closely with Sales and Risk teams to optimize executions.

The role requires 3–5 years in agency/derivatives trading, strong knowledge of Asian markets, and a disciplined risk mindset. A Bachelor's degree or above is expected, with a client-facing orientation and ownership

Formación

• 3–5 years of agency trading or related institutional trading experience.
• Strong understanding of Asian equity markets and market structure.
• Experience with trade lifecycle: order management, execution, allocations, settlement.
• Client-facing experience with institutional clients.
• Ability to take ownership and escalate when needed.
• Attention to detail and disciplined risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary trading contact for institutional clients and execute solutions.
• Source pricing and liquidity from counterparties; negotiate block opportunities.
• Manage client orders from enquiry to settlement with oversight.
• Identify block liquidity and communicate opportunities to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales and Risk, Prime Operations and Middle Office on controls.
• Support the development of the agency execution platform and automation.
• Maintain strong control mindset and best execution to comply with policy.
