Job summary

You will collect customer needs, follow up, and deliver high-quality service while tracking performance and reporting progress to management. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Have a certain understanding of the international financial market, familiar with the regulations and related policies of the financial industry.
• Responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, strong learning ability, sharp and quick market response ability and strong risk awareness.
• Good industry resources and customer resources are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and channel development of the company's business (Futures/FX, etc.)
• Collect and organize the needs of target customers
• Regular follow-up with customers and provide quality customer service
• Completion of business indicators, regular submission of customer's feedbacks and reporting work progress to superiors
