Job summary

Singapore General Hospital seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support Future Workforce initiatives and ensure effective execution of programmes through coordination with stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.

Responsibilities include leading change management activities, aligning manpower with new services or automation, developing training materials, tracking progress, and coordinating transition plans for redesigned roles with emphasis on emerging skills and digital

Qualifications

• Fresh degree holder / Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Behavioural Science / Communications / Business.
• Experience in Competency Mapping will be an advantage.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with different levels of staff.
• Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation skills and ability to write well.

Responsibilities

• Work with project stakeholders on the scope of change and impact on manpower.
• Partner with HR to review stakeholder’s manpower requirements with new services, automation or processes.
• Execute change management activities including communication campaigns and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate change management training on new technology/workflows.
• Track implementation progress and develop transition plans for redesigned roles.
• Develop training guides, videos, FAQs, and other resource materials for users.
• Monitor progress of job redesign implementations and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and curate forward-looking training programmes for implementation within the organisation to build staff capabilities in emerging future skills.
