Job summary

NHG Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director / Senior Specialist to lead strategic transformation initiatives and oversee workforce transformation in collaboration with CHI Academies and healthcare professional groups.

You will enable system change for Healthcare, Population Health and Sustainability, and build organisational health through interventions that empower professionals to redesign work and upskill, while coordinating multiple workstreams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR / Organisational Development / Sociology / Psychology / Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in organisation development, employee engagement, or learning & development.
• Ability to engage across all system levels, supporting leadership in OD design and execution.
• Proven experience designing and conducting interventions from small group to large-scale sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives and partner with healthcare professional groups.
• Develop structured approaches to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications and capability building.
• Propagate agency of healthcare professionals to redesign work and upskill.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with high attention to quality and detail.
