Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support fund registration and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

You will perform quality control checks, coordinate with clients and authorities, and help design data management systems while staying current with UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards.

The role requires a finance or related degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong English and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management.
• Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards.
• Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement.
• Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes.
