Qualifications

• CA/ACCA with experience in financial reporting and fund operations
• 2–5 years in fund accounting or financial services
• Proficiency in Tally, MS-Excel, and account finalization; IFRS knowledge a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail, high integrity, and a self-driven work ethic
• Able to manage tight deadlines in a regulated environment
• Lack of proficiency in required tools excludes applicants

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for the fund management company and funds
• Trade settlement, cash and securities reconciliation, accruals, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
• Regulatory and MAS reporting for funds and the fund manager
• Tax compliance — GST, corporate tax, and related filings
• Audit coordination — liaise with external auditors, custodians, and fund administrators
• Drive process improvement and accounting automation initiatives
