Alter Domus in Singapore seeks a diligent fund administration professional to process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions. You will manage investor registers, generate statements and provide clear investment reporting through our secure portal.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential for collaboration across global offices. Applicants should have experience in fund administration or investor relations, strong Excel/Word skills, and solid analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration or investor relations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, reconcile and process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
• Calculate allocations and process capital calls and distributions for funds.
• Maintain investor registers and accounts, including ERISA data where applicable.
• Generate investor statements and distribute through secure portals.
• Support investor communications and transfers; assist with ad-hoc tasks.
