Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 3–6 years' experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Investor Services, Fund Operations, Asset Servicing or related functions.
• Knowledge of fund administration and transfer agency processes including investor servicing and transaction processing.
• Understanding of investment funds, asset management, mutual funds, unit trusts or related products.
• Experience processing transactions, maintaining investor records and supporting operational servicing activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational control requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer agency and fund administration activities including processing investor transactions and account maintenance.
• Process client instructions accurately within service levels.
• Coordinate transfer agency activities with internal teams for efficient processing and issue resolution.
• Handle routine and non-routine client servicing, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Monitor fund and investor data for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Investigate transaction breaks and errors, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain investor records, transaction docs, and operation databases.
• Support process improvements and documentation of procedures.
