Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in fund finance/operations at a PE/VC/asset manager.
• End-to-end knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, carry and fund reporting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to work independently.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA and experience with administrators (Apex, IQ-EQ, Vistra) preferred.

• Manage LP onboarding, closings, capital calls, distributions and investment transactions.
• Support AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS compliance, and maintain fund and investor records.

• Coordinate fund audits and support LP reporting (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI).
• Support day-to-day corporate finance for the Singapore management entity, working with the wider finance team.

Our client, a leading investment group, is setting up a private markets platform in Singapore and is looking for a hands-on Fund Operations & Finance Manager. You will be the go-to person for fund operations and fund finance, working closely with the Finance BP and Corporate Finance teams. Report to senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day fund operations with administrators, custodians, banks and other service providers
• Manage LP onboarding, closings, capital calls, distributions and investment transactions
• Support AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS compliance, and maintain fund and investor records
• Review NAV, valuations, carried interest, waterfall and clawback calculations prepared by administrators
• Coordinate fund audits and support LP reporting (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI)
• Support day-to-day corporate finance for the Singapore management entity, working with the wider finance team

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, in fund finance and fund operations at a PE, VC or asset management firm
• Solid end-to-end knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, carry and fund reporting
• Corporate finance exposure is a plus (Big 4 or audit background welcome)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, able to work independently
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA and experience working with administrators (Apex, IQ-EQ, Vistra) are preferred
