Dada Consultants is assisting a leading investment group building a private markets platform in Singapore. The role is for a hands-on Fund Operations & Finance Manager who will be the go-to for fund operations and fund finance, collaborating with the Finance BP and Corporate Finance teams.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role anchors day-to-day operations and investor activity. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in fund finance/operations, strong Excel and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
5+ years in fund finance/operations at a PE/VC/asset manager.
End-to-end knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, carry and fund reporting.
Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to work independently.
CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA and experience with administrators (Apex, IQ-EQ, Vistra) preferred.

Responsabilités

Coordinate day-to-day fund operations with administrators, custodians, banks and other service providers.
Manage LP onboarding, closings, capital calls, distributions and investment transactions.
Support AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS compliance, and maintain fund and investor records.
Review NAV, valuations, carried interest, waterfall and clawback calculations prepared by administrators.
Coordinate fund audits and support LP reporting (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI).
Support day-to-day corporate finance for the Singapore management entity, working with the wider finance team.
