PERSOL is seeking an experienced professional to lead comprehensive operational administration across companies and funds, manage banking and IT security, and oversee regulatory reporting. The role supports client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and risk management development.

You will coordinate board meetings, maintain records, and ensure efficient administration and compliance across multiple entities. A Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting is preferred, with 3–5 years in administration

• Experience in the operational administration of companies.
• Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 3–5 years in Administration and Operations.
• Meticulous, accurate, detail-oriented.
• Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot client and product issues.
• Team player with willingness to help others.
• Strong time management and sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Support documentation of new incorporations and fund establishments.
• Review subscription and redemption agreements and maintain books for companies & funds.
• Manage fund subscription and redemption processes.
• Coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
• Maintain bank and brokerage accounts, including openings and queries.
• Oversee IT security features, backups, and website maintenance.
• Handle purchase and sale of real assets and manage valuations.
• Support client onboarding and review KYC/AML/SOW/SOF.
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain risk management framework.
