Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a diligent operations professional in Singapore to support daily banking, fund management and client onboarding processes. You will handle subscriptions, redemptions, IPOs and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and check daily bank balances and ensure funds are available for operations.
• Process and follow up on client subscription and redemption forms.
• Handle IPO applications and related administrative matters.
• Maintain FDI related supporting documents (e.g. MT103, MT199, etc.).
• Prepare and process payment instructions accurately and timely.
• Maintain fund bifurcation records.
• Perform NAV and factsheet reviews and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate and follow up on fixed deposit placements.
• Perform fund repatriation and related banking documentation.
• Upload and maintain trade transactions in systems.
• Assist with re-KYC processes and review client information.
• Maintain records and documentation for fund transactions.
• Assist with general accounting, administrative and operational matters.
