Job summary

Amyethyst Asia Partners in Singapore seeks an experienced Fund Operations professional to support launch, onboarding, and ongoing fund operations.

You will coordinate with fund administrators, distributors, investors, and service providers, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, accurate investor reporting, and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Operations, Investor Services or related fund services functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and setup of new private market funds.
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, distributors, investors, and service providers.
• Manage fund launch timelines, documents, and operational requirements.
• Handle onboarding of investors and distributors, including KYC/AML and subscription documents.
• Act as the main contact for investor and distributor enquiries.
• Ensure investor reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Support marketing materials such as pitch books.
• Manage fund administrators and service providers to ensure good service and smooth operations.
• Help resolve fund operational and financial issues.
• Support due diligence for new funds and distributors.
• Ensure key procedures, agreements, and service standards are properly documented.
• Work with technology teams to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the launch and setup of new private market funds

• Understanding of investor onboarding, KYC/AML and subscription processes.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
