Job summary

HR-PRO RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Fund Operations professional to manage transfer agency tasks, AML/KYC compliance, NAV production, and investor reporting. You will process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers while ensuring accurate valuations and regulatory adherence.

The role includes coordinating with custodians, generating investor statements, and supporting year-end audit work, with a strong emphasis on Excel and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Fund Administration, Global Custody, or Asset Management with experience in Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency.
• Hands-on experience with core accounting systems; Multifonds is a major advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX) and fund structures.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML procedures, FATCA, and CRS; experience with investor due diligence checks and PEP screening.
• Awareness of fund regulations (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, SGX-listed funds).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the investor register and review subscription documents for AML/KYC compliance.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions within the registry system.
• Generate and distribute monthly/quarterly investor statements, contract notes, and tax reporting documents.
• Serve as primary point of contact for investor and custodian inquiries on balances, transactions, and reporting.
• Assist in end-to-end production of NAV for assigned funds (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Post operational journal entries (cash movements, trades, fees) and reconcile accounts.
• Source and verify daily asset pricing and FX rates to ensure accurate portfolio valuation.
• Support year-end audit processes with working papers and data schedules.
