Job summary

GLAS is seeking a Client Services Senior Associate (Accounting) in Singapore. You will manage accounting and administration for trusts and funds across private equity, venture capital and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

In this role you will prepare investor reports, financial statements, NAV calculations, and tax filings, while onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. A 4–6 year background in fund or corporate accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 4–6 years’ experience in fund or corporate accounting roles.
• Understanding of SFRS and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and control mindset.
• Analytical and able to exercise professional judgment.
• Comfortable in a regulated, inspection-ready environment.
• Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounting and administration of trusts and funds focused on investments in private equity, venture capital, digital assets and other alternatives.
• Produce investor reports, financial statements, NAV calculations, and monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
• Prepare and review management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Prepare and review IRAS tax returns, including GST quarterly filings and Form C/C-S annually.
• Prepare and review XBRL financial statements.
• Onboard new clients: open bank accounts, draft fund agreements, conduct KYC.
• Prepare capital accounts, capital calls/distributions, waterfall/equalisation, and performance indicators.
• Assist in client service and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate to ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Assist on ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
