Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior professional to oversee net asset value calculations for hedge funds and to lead a team under Assistant Vice Presidents. The role focuses on client service delivery, reporting standards, and risk-managed project execution.

You will mentor Senior Account Managers, participate in process improvements, and liaise with internal teams to meet client requirements while upholding high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a professional accounting designation.
• Min 9 years of experience in Financial Services with Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting exposure.
• Strong supervisory experience leading staff for 5–7 years.
• Strong technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and risk management knowledge.
• Good client/business relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Oversee client service delivery and monitor service standards for key clients.
• Formulate and implement key client service programs.
• Liaise with internal operations to ensure awareness of client requirements.
• Visit clients periodically to evaluate service quality and priorities.
• Assist in resolution of complex client issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage, train, and assist Senior Account Managers in their teams.
• Participate in reviews of department procedures; supervise compliance.
• Engage in client conference calls and reporting collaboration.
