Job summary

Ascentium, a leading global business services platform headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee NAV production, fund accounting, financial reporting, and client servicing for a portfolio of investment funds. You will manage multi-jurisdictional structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or a related financial services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, NAV production, financial reporting, reconciliations, valuations, and fee calculations.
• Experience independently managing client portfolios and working with complex fund structures, ideally across alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of fund documentation, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations and timely delivery for assigned fund administration clients.
• Manage complex fund accounting engagements across Singapore and offshore funds.
• Review accounting records, journals, reconciliations, and investment schedules for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with fund documents and investment agreements.
• Lead onboarding of new funds and coordinate with service providers.
• Develop SOPs and drive operational improvements within Fund Services.
