Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a fund accounting professional to review NAVs daily, weekly and monthly in line with accounting standards and fund documents. You will collaborate with fund accountants and support teams to deliver NAVs on time and within KPIs.

You will document non-standard processes, respond to client and auditor queries, and participate in on-boarding of new clients, migrations, system testing and process improvements, with flexible start times from 8am in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline and above.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting, securities services, bank accounts or audit.
• Strong accounting knowledge; experience with Multifonds is a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder skills.
• Able to support flexible working hours, including early starts from 8am.

Responsibilities

• Review daily, weekly and monthly NAVs for funds and portfolios in line with accounting standards and fund documents.
• Work with fund accountants and support teams to deliver NAVs on time and within agreed KPIs.
• Ensure NAV calculations follow operational and system procedures; maintain procedural manuals.
• Document non-standard process flows and escalat[ion] operational incidents promptly.
• Resolve client queries on fund administration matters and support client and auditor reporting.
• Take part in new client onboarding, migrations, system testing and process improvements.
