Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Fund NAV Administrator to support the calculation, validation and delivery of NAV for funds and portfolios. The role requires collaboration with fund accountants and internal support teams to ensure timely and accurate NAV delivery in line with service standards and KPIs.

The candidate should have a Finance/Accounting degree and at least 3 years of securities services experience, with strong NAV knowledge and familiarity with fund accounting systems such as

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Securities Services/Fund Accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge with NAV and fund administration understanding.
• Experience with Multifonds or similar fund accounting systems is a plus.
• Good analytical, operational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Flexible hours including 8:00am shift and Singapore public holidays support.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV calculations daily, weekly and monthly for funds and portfolios.
• Collaborate with fund/portfolio accountants and internal teams to ensure timely NAV delivery.
• Ensure NAV calculations comply with procedures and standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Identify and document non-standard processes and workflows.
• Monitor issues and escalate material incidents or errors.
• Participate in client meetings to address requirements and new needs.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve fund administration queries.
• Work with clients and auditors to meet reporting deadlines.
• Support system enhancements and transition planning/testing.
• Participate in new client onboarding, fund transitions and migrations.
• Provide operational statistics and reporting as required.
• Perform other duties to support team operations.
