Job description

Job Responsibilities

• (a) Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (D365) project lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover operations and support.
• (b) Conduct client workshops to define business requirements, capture them in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Stories per project needs.
• (c) Write design documents for customizations and reports, ensuring boundary conditions are captured and comprehensive test scenarios are included.
• (d) Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• (e) Perform data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• (f) Handle field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• (g) Conduct functional, integration, and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• (h) Provide training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
• (i) Offer pre‑go live and post‑go live support to clients.
• (j) Publish 1‑2 D365 functional blog articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Qualifications

• (a) Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• (b) At least 3 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3.
• (c) Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, and Financial Reporting.
• (d) Conversational English language skills.
