Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Systems Operator to monitor CCTV, Access Control Systems, alarm panels, and related platforms at Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore. You will perform card activations, manage records, and support incident investigations.

This role requires clear English communication, the ability to work rotating shifts, and strict adherence to site SOPs and data protection requirements. Experience with CCTV/ACS and C-CURE is an advantage; training will be provided.

Job description

Work Location:

• Dhoby Ghaut

Working Hours:

• 8-hour rotating shifts

• 24 working days per month

• 6-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), alarm panels, and related security platforms.

• Perform card activation/deactivation and database administration.

• Manage user accounts, access levels, and cardholder records.

• Troubleshoot system issues and elevate technical matters when required.

• Conduct regular system checks and basic preventive maintenance.

• Maintain accurate system logs, reports, and incident documentation.

• Support investigations through the retrieval of CCTV footage, access logs, and alarm records.

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with site SOPs, security policies, and data protection requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in security systems, access control systems, or a related environment.

• Familiarity with CCTV and Access Control Systems.

• Experience with C-CURE will be an advantage.

• Good documentation and report-writing skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to support operational reporting, stakeholder communication, and documentation requirements.

• Able to work rotating shifts.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional when handling security-sensitive information.

• Trained in firefighting and evacuation procedures.

• First-aid trained.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a large and complex organisation or financial services environment will be an advantage.

• Comprehensive background screening is required prior to deployment.

• Successful candidate must comply with client confidentiality requirements.

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required as part of the employment terms.
