Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a capable SOC Operator to join our Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre (APSOC). The role requires vigilance, calm under pressure and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment.

You will monitor CCTV, access control, GPS tracking and alarm systems; respond to emergencies; conduct investigations; and maintain detailed incident logs. The ideal candidate has solid security experience and strong teamwork to support our clients’ operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Security License (SSO Rank).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Security Operations / Command Centre role.
• Prior Control Room experience is essential.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, GPS & Alarm Systems.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and incident reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, GPS tracking and alarm systems.
• Detect, assess, escalate security events.
• Respond to emergencies, crises and alarm activations.
• Monitor security intelligence and identify potential threats.
• Conduct investigations and information gathering when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and operational reports.
• Support emergency response and evacuation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Post Orders and security protocols.
• Support client-specific security operations.

SOC OPERATOR

Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre (APSOC)

Location:
Singapore

Salary:
S$4,000 – S$4,500 / month

Shift Details

12-hour rotating shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

20 working days / month
4–5 working days per week
Rotating off days

Requirements:
