Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled security systems engineer to design, configure, deploy, and maintain DACS and access-control solutions in Singapore.

You will integrate biometric, CCTV, intercom and other security components, troubleshoot issues, support servers and networks, and coordinate with clients and vendors.

Qualifications include a bachelor degree in related field and 3-5 years' experience; relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in access control or security systems.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking, and virtualization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IAM, API integration, and enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with ACS/DACS, biometric, CCTV, or smart card systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Security+, Microsoft, VMware, CISSP/CISM are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain DACS/Access Control Systems.
• Integrate access control, biometric, CCTV, intercom, and other security systems.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Support servers, databases, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
• Manage system integration with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, HR systems, and APIs.
• Support cybersecurity, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring.
• Support mobile credentials, web applications, and digital access solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors during project implementation.
• Provide technical support, training, and after-sales support when required.
