Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist (Security Systems) to support service and maintenance operations for client security systems in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with card access, CCTV, and intrusion detection, and a drive to grow within a fast-paced technical environment.

The position involves routine maintenance at client sites, assistance with troubleshooting, and support for installation, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security systems maintenance or installation preferred.
• Familiarity with Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT/networking is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and take on new technical challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required to be on 24/7 standby (Allowance will be provided).
• Class 2B and/or Class 3 license preferred for on-site assignments or reimbursement basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance work on security systems at client sites.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Work under the direction of a Senior Technical Specialist or Supervisor to complete assigned tasks.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide reports to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with clients during service visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Carry out other technical tasks as assigned.
