Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a pastry prep role for an Orchard, Singapore kitchen. You will prepare, weigh and measure ingredients, making dough, mousse cream, batter, tarts, pies, cookies and cakes, then layer and decorate to the chef's specifications.

Requirements include GCE O Level or higher and 0-2 years of related pastry experience. 5.5 working days, on-site location, with meal provided and attractive incentives and welfare.

Qualifications

• Prepare and weigh ingredients for pastries with accuracy.
• Maintain hygiene and SOP adherence in kitchen.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced pastry environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and weigh ingredients for all pastry items with accuracy.
• Make dough, mousse cream, batter, knee Tart, Pie, Cookies and Cakes.
• Layer and decorate pastries and cakes according to chef specs.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by Patisserie Chef.
• Assist in stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Store and package ingredients and products neatly and cleanly.
• Adhere to SOP, personal hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Maintains high standard of personal hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety of kitchen.
