Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Pastry Baker to join our kitchen team in Singapore. The role involves producing pies, tarts and other pastries, working from approved recipes and SOPs, and maintaining product quality and hygiene.

Location is on-site in Taiseng with 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts and 6 days off per month. Salary ranges from 2,400 to 2,600 SGD plus overtime, based on experience. This position requires hands-on pastry experience, independence in following procedures, and a strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a commercial bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Hands-on experience in producing pies, tarts, and other pastry products.
• Able to work independently and follow recipes and SOPs accurately.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pies, tarts, and other bakery and pastry products.
• Follow approved recipes, SOPs, and production specifications.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Prepare and handle ingredients accurately.
• Maintain proper ingredient storage, labelling, and FIFO stock rotation.
• Complete daily production tasks within the required timeline.
