Job summary

EPITEX INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our bedding team at Audio House (Ubi) and Gain City Tampines in Singapore.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and guide them through pricing, warranties, and financing options while maintaining an organized, attractive display. The role involves handling invoices, transactions, and stock while collaborating with the store team to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer personalized bedding recommendations
• Demonstrate knowledge of bedding types, materials, and brands and communicate benefits
• Provide product demonstrations and educate on usage, care and maintenance
• Assist customers with pricing, warranties and financing options
• Process sales transactions accurately and adhere to company policies
• Keep the sales floor clean, restock inventory and arrange displays
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products and competitor offerings
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales team and store management to meet daily/monthly targets
• Carry, pack and organize heavy goods up to 25 kg
• Set up atrium according to display plan and organize stock neatly
• Ensure pricing and signage are accurate and displays are maintained
• Support stock replenishment and setup/dismantling during promotions
• Perform any assignments from supervisors

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations to help them find the best beddings for their requirements.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of different beddings types, materials, and brands to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
4. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of beddings.
5. Assist customers with the selection process by providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, regularly restocking inventory and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
8. Stay up to date on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
9. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
11. Carrying, packing, and organizing heavy goods as required up to 25 kg.
12. Responsible for setting up the atrium according to the approved display plan, including arranging stocks neatly and attractively.
13. Ensure all products, pricing, and signage are correctly displayed while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
14. Support stock replenishment, coordination during setup, and dismantling after the promotion ends.
15. Any assignment assign by the superior and the management.
