Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for mattress and home furnishings in Singapore. You will greet walk-in customers, understand needs and recommend suitable products, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

Retail Sales Consultant (Mattress / Home Furnishing)

Basic: $2,200 – $2,400

Gross: $3,500 – $7,000 (Commission + Incentives)

Multiple Locations (Singapore)

6 Days / 44 Hours (5 days for experienced candidates)

Job Scope

• Attend to walk-in customers and recommend suitable mattress & bedding products
• Understand customer needs and provide personalised solutions
• Achieve sales targets through upselling & cross-selling
• Maintain store cleanliness, display & stock
• Provide good customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

• Retail / sales experience preferred (furniture, electronics, lifestyle products, etc.)
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Sales-driven and comfortable with commission-based role
• Able to work retail hours (weekends & PH)
