Job summary

THE WAGYU GRILLER on Killiney Road is seeking a full-time Service Staff to join our Japanese restaurant team. You will lead and support the front-of-house, uphold high service standards, and help train and develop team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Working hours are shift-based from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, with 46 hours weekly and built-in overtime for managerial duties; benefits include performance bonuses and regular awards, all within a dynamic hospitality environment focused

Qualifications

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

• Location: 107 Killiney Road
• Working Hours: Shift-based, basically 2:30pm - 11:30pm
• Rest Day: Closed on Mondays
• Off Days: 6 days per month
• Weekly Working Hours: 46 hours per week (basis)
• Standard working hours are 44 hours per week.
• For managerial positions, a special arrangement applies in consideration of administrative duties: up to 2 hours per week is included in the monthly salary as built-in overtime.
• Overtime: Any hours beyond the above are calculated at 1.5x

COMPENSATION

• Basic Salary: S$3,200 per month
• Salary Review: Yes, based on performance and contribution
• Annual Increment: Once a year
• Age-Based Increment: Once a year
• Annual Bonus: Once a year, subject to individual and overall business performance
• Performance Bonus: Available, subject to individual and overall business performance

• Working closely with management to continuously improve the TWG brand and overall guest experience
