This role offers hands-on learning in customer service, enrolments, and front-desk administration in a student-centric environment. Ideal for students or anyone looking to build customer service experience, with minimal one-year commitment and potential weekend coverage. On-site position with a focus on providing clear information and a positive visitor

Qualifications

• Friendly and motivated individuals who can greet visitors and assist with enquiries.

• Weekend availability and reliability are preferred for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents, students, and visitors and provide information on programmes and schedules.
• Assist with enrolments, registrations, and payments.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Support with centre operations, filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
• Keep reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organized.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors - offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.
• Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
• Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay

Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Commitment Requirement:

• Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year
• Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
