Job summary

Soap Ministry in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Creative Workshop & Customer Experience Facilitator to energize customers and guide hands-on activities. You will run DIY soap and skincare workshops, assist customers, and help with retail operations in a vibrant, values‑driven studio.

You should be energetic, creative and people‑oriented, comfortable working with diverse groups from kids to corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting and assisting with DIY soap, skincare and craft workshops

• Supporting retail sales and day-to-day shop operations
• Preparing workshop materials, tools and workstations

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will be part of our retail and workshop team, helping customers discover the joy of natural skincare and hands‑on creativity.

Your role may include:

• Conducting and assisting with DIY soap, skincare and craft workshops
• Guiding customers through hands‑on making activities
• Engaging with children, teens, adults and corporate groups
• Providing warm and friendly customer service
• Introducing customers to our natural skincare products
