Job summary

Givaudan in Singapore is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to coordinate and support strategic sales capability development, onboarding, and learning initiatives across the SEAO Sales organization. You will partner with Sales Leaders, HR, SMEs, and key stakeholders to drive capability building and knowledge sharing.

This role focuses on planning, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs, designing content for the Business Excellence Academy, and ensuring scalable onboarding

Qualifications

  • Experienced in project coordination, sales support, commercial operations, learning administration, customer project management, or related functions within a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across countries, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with leaders, sales teams, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office application.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the successful implementation of strategic sales capability development initiatives across SEAO.
  • Design, develop, and maintain learning content for the Business Excellence Academy and Local Sales Onboarding Program by consolidating existing materials, documenting best practices, and partnering with Sales Leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to create new content where gaps exist.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, learning needs assessments, and content reviews to capture critical commercial, technical, and business knowledge and translate them into effective learning resources and onboarding materials.
  • Ensure the delivery of structured, scalable, and consistent learning experiences that enhance employee readiness, accelerate onboarding, strengthen ways of working, and improve business performance across the region.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and drive execution of assigned initiatives within agreed milestones and budgets.
  • Facilitate collaboration across countries and functions to ensure alignment, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of project deliverables.
  • Track project progress, learning effectiveness, participant feedback, and business impact measures, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning content, onboarding experiences, and project processes through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and evolving business needs.

Purpose
