Job summary

Rhino Partners is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack / DevOps Engineer to support development, deployment and reliability of digital government applications in Singapore. You will work across AWS, CI/CD, IaC, observability and AI-integrations to improve monitoring and automate deployments.

You will collaborate with application teams, infrastructure and cybersecurity groups and public-sector partners to migrate workloads to GovTech platforms and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline.
• ~3–5 years of DevOps/cloud/platform experience.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience, including monitoring.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• IaC and configuration automation experience.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows server environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain application observability and CloudWatch metrics.
• Migrate CI/CD runners to GovTech-managed runners and validate deployments.
• Develop backend integrations and AI-enabled services with secure access.
• Build reusable IaC templates for uniform provisioning across environments.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, deployments and infra issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on deployments.
