Job summary

Boost by Banter is building a high-velocity commercial engine for crypto sponsorships. You will own the full sponsorship pipeline, prospect proactively, and manage multiple KOL campaigns while coordinating with content and operations to deliver campaigns on brief and on time.

Qualifications

• Native crypto market knowledge with credibility for CMOs
• Hunter sales mentality: self-sourcing leads, no inbound reliance
• KOL and affiliate management experience across multiple deals
• 3+ years in BD/partnerships or sales in crypto/Web3
• Global geographic presence with access to conferences and communities

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales pipeline from first contact to signed deal, with no handoffs
• Build and manage a live prospect list via Telegram, Crypto Twitter, conferences
• Manage concurrent KOL campaigns with timelines, deliverables, and reporting
• Coordinate with content and operations to fulfill sponsor integrations
• Deliver post-campaign ROI reports to sponsors and prospects for renewal
• Aim for a monthly revenue target of $150k–$200k per BD with milestones in 90 days
