Job summary

Monad Foundation seeks a Business Marketing Specialist to lead co-marketing and joint go-to-market efforts with key integrations. You will liaise with internal GTM and external marketing teams to craft compelling stories and high-quality campaigns around Monad's on-chain ecosystem.

You will own campaign design and delivery from brief through launch, with messaging, case studies, blogs, and activations. The role demands handling multiple complex workstreams with strong judgment and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related role in crypto, finance, or enterprise tech.
• Ability to work with crypto-native and traditional businesses.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; capable of turning complex integrations into clear stories.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM and content teams to understand pipeline context and opportunities for co-marketing.
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns; identify narratives; create social activations and case studies.
• Drive campaigns from brief to launch, managing timelines, assets, and compliance reviews.
• Define objectives and success metrics; track results and apply learnings to future programs.
• Coordinate with external teams to translate partnerships into broader Monad adoption.
