Job summary

AZTECH TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an Internal Recruiter to act as a brand ambassador and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for roles at all levels. You will proactively connect with passive candidates to build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.

The role requires sourcing across channels, screening, interviewing, drafting job descriptions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering regular recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Recruitment Consultant/Head Hunter in an agency
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates via social media and creative search
• Self-starter and team player with quick adaptation
• Multitasker, well organized, able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Identify talent through various channels
• Manage full recruitment process from screening to onboarding
• Draft and prepare job descriptions
• Maintain and update candidate/database records
• Prepare recruitment and manpower reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fill positions
• Administer funding related to recruitment/internships
