Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Executive to support the permanent recruitment activities within the Technology Team.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes from posting jobs to hiring, and assist in implementing recruitment strategies. You will work with external recruitment partners and institutions to source suitable candidates, screen and shortlist, schedule interviews, and conduct assessments.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner, confident and comfortable on the phone.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work.
• Previous experience of screening candidates in a recruitment environment.
• Team player with keen eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing high calibre and relevant candidates and screening CVs.
• Conducting telephone interviews and assessments.
• Building rapport with candidates.
• Maintaining good communication with candidates and understanding their career ambitions.
• Maintaining up-to-date administrative records and uploading candidates to the in-house database.
• Assisting with advertising vacancies and managing responses for an outstanding candidate experience.
• Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested.
