Job summary

Our Second Nature is seeking a proactive Fulfillment & Operations Executive to join our Fulfillment Centre in Singapore. You will support inbound/outbound stock, ensure timely and accurate order processing, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced, automated environment.

As part of the Fulfillment & Operations team, you will drive picking, packing, and quality checks, optimise space and processes, and assist senior management with operational improvements and ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fulfilment centre operations end-to-end - from inbounding and outbounding of stock to final-mile dispatch


• Manage inventory duties including space optimisation, stock accuracy, and logistics coordination


• Drive picking, packing, and quality control processes to meet order accuracy and SLA targets


• Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency


• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards across the warehouse floor


• Operate confidently in a fast-paced, automated pick-and-pack environment


• Perform other duties as assigned by management or customer


• Report to and support senior management on operational matters and ad-hoc requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 'N' level certificate


• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics operations (preferred)


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred


• Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active


• Able to be a team player and also work independently during busy periods


• Flexibility to work extended hours when required, especially during peak seasons
