Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to join our HR team. You will be the face of training for frontline teams, spending 40% on workshops and 60% on admin and analytics to support 19 stores.

You will drive onboarding, deliver Service Excellence workshops, manage learning portals, oversee mandatory training, and provide in-store coaching across Changi Airport terminals to uphold our premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, Training & Development or related field.
• Proven experience in delivering workshops and facilitating training.
• Strong administration and meticulous training records management.
• Excellent verbal and written English for partner communications.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for frontline staff and executives.
• Ability to drive program improvements and SOP enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding for frontline staff and corporate hires with Operations input.
• Facilitate engaging Service Excellence workshops and ensure grooming standards.
• Manage airport-specific training portals and learning resources (QSM, One Changi).
• Oversee mandatory training sessions (First Aid, Trade Compliance, Security).
• Provide in-store coaching across multiple terminals for real-time feedback.
• Review L&D SOPs and handle training-related financial administration.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR training reports on participation and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Employee Engagement activities to boost culture.
• Support broader HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned.
