Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Training & Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team in Tampines. The role focuses on coordinating onboarding for frontline staff and executives, ensuring a seamless Buddy System integration at store level.

You will deliver Service Excellence workshops, manage airport-specific training programs, and oversee mandatory training including First Aid and compliance, while maintaining thorough training records and financial administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Training & Development or related field.
• Experience in facilitating workshops for adult learners in retail/F&B.
• Proficiency in training administration and reporting.
• ACTA or ACLP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for frontline staff and executives, ensuring Buddy System integration.
• Deliver Service Excellence workshops and review grooming standards for a premium brand.
• Lead airport-specific training including QSM registrations and learning portal management.
• Oversee mandatory training (First Aid, Trade & Security Compliance) and regulatory requirements.
• Visit stores across Changi Airport to provide real-time feedback on service and operations.
• Refine L&D SOPs and manage training-related financials (EPs and external provider payments).
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for the L&D function.
• Support Employee Engagement programs and broader HR initiatives.
• Assist with general affairs projects as needed by management.
