Job summary

LOTTE TRAVEL RETAIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to lead onboarding for frontline staff and corporate hires while spending significant time facilitating workshops and coaching in-store at Changi Airport.

You will also manage learning portals, ensure compliance training, and support L&D reporting and process improvement in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong Excel and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, Training & Development or related field.
• ACTA or ACLP certification required.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage diverse adult learners, ideally within retail or service environment.
• Strong administrative & reporting skills; manage training records and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for frontline staff and executives, ensuring buddy system implementation.
• Deliver engaging training workshops and in-store coaching across multiple locations.
• Manage learning portals (e.g., QSM registrations, One Changi Learning) and training grants where applicable.
• Oversee mandatory compliance training (First Aid, Trade Compliance, Security).
• Conduct regular store visits to provide real-time feedback on service standards.
