Job summary

Watsons Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Learning & Development (In-house Trainer) to design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes for frontline and office staff. The role focuses on customer service, sales, communication and supervisory skills within a retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in HR/Training, ACLP/ACTA or equivalent, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, presentation and content development skills.
• Experience training frontline or operational employees, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and relevant digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging in-house training programmes for frontline and office employees.
• Conduct training in areas such as customer service, sales, communication, supervisory skills and workplace capabilities.
• Develop and update training materials, facilitator guides, activities and assessment tools.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to understand training needs and support learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to programme content and delivery.
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
