As the first touchpoint for patients, you will ensure a welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day clinic operations with efficient, compassionate service.

The role emphasizes service excellence, smooth workflows, and ongoing improvements to patient experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory and coordination abilities to guide teammates.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Enquiries: handle patient billing, payments, and enquiries.
• Referrals & Coordination: coordinate referrals and follow-up arrangements.
• Service Excellence: manage patient feedback and service recovery.
• Clinic Operations Support: assist daily clinic operations and admin tasks.
• Process & Service Improvements: contribute to efficiency initiatives.
