Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC with relevant frontline experience or customer service background.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, deposit collection and provide financial counselling to patients and families.
• Explain ward charges, subsidies and payment options to patients and next-of-kin in ED.
• Stay updated on healthcare financing initiatives and schemes for enquiries.
• Process ward upgrade/downgrade requests and explain subsidy implications.
• Coordinate patient transfers to other healthcare institutions and handle related admin tasks.
