Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a transport statutory board to hire a Customer Service Officer dedicated to frontline service.

You will handle customer enquiries, support cashiering tasks, and assist in daily operations at multiple MRT access points. We value a cheerful, detail-oriented team player who can multitask during rotating 4-day shifts from 10am to 10pm and 10pm to 10am, with end-of-shift POS checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and Customer Service experience.
• Good team player with cheerful personality and a positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers’ enquiries
• Manage facilities and run system operations
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
• Carry out any other tasks when needed
