Responsibilities

• Provide front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively.
• Register patients, answer phone, respond to WhatsApp and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries.
• Perform billing and cashier duties.
• Chaperone doctors and assist them in the room during examinations.
• Assist doctors in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
• Assist Doctors in the collection of samples and maintaining records of patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Educating patients on how to properly manage their condition at home.
• Monitoring vital signs and administering medication.
• Assisting doctors with minor procedures.
• Preparing patients for surgery and admission.
• Clean instruments and dispense medication.
• Maintain proper patient records, including fillings.
• Ensure proper management of drug inventory.
• File medical claims and process refunds and vendor invoices.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
